Who am I? – Part 2

By | January 22, 2020

Dear Reader,

I recently came across a question I noted for self-reflection. I invite you as well to ponder on it:

Who am I when I have nothing to do?

A few guidelines, building blocks or initiatives could lure you into giving it more thought:

  • What is my superpower?
  • What is my kryptonite?
  • What are my inner beliefs?
  • What are my fears?

I recently experienced the benefit of having a good intuition. I consider intuition part of who I am. You might wonder what do I understand as intuition. Here it is:

A unique personal connection to the universal knowledge. (Hence, I feel I am connected to and part of the universe’s knowledge.)

Not only reflecting on who am I can help me explore myself. Looking back on own reactions to events/words/people, on attitudes and intentions helps me see through a filter of curiosity and understanding what is it that triggered my own behavior.

I recently experienced intuition physically as well. It was a warmth I felt in my chest that something would happen in a specific way. It was nothing bad or good, nor was it related to me. It was like a private message the universe was communicating to me on our own private channel.

Allow your compassion and wisdom to evolve.

So, look for the good, focus on what you want more of in life, and express gratitude for what you already have. Your life experience is all about your mind-set. It has nothing to do with what’s going on out there in the world – it’s all about what’s going on in your mind and in your heart. It’s your perception and your attitude that dictate your life experience. (Wisdom for Life)

If you are wondering what is the reason for which I write all these posts, then know this: Most of them have been pushed by my enthusiasm to share information I found valuable and very helpful. I do this because it makes my heart jump.

So, what do you do for self love and self compassion, and to mend your heart after an adventurous week? You might find it in art, music, books, or any other activity that makes you feel emotions you wish to feel.
